Wags and Menace Make A Difference Foundation Run For The Seals
To benefit the Northcoast Marine Mammal Center in Crescent City, CA
Participants receive a FREE Race T-Shirt!
The course follows the ocean along Beachfront Park, then turns around in the Crescent City Harbor. There, the runners will race the waves to the shore along Anchor Way. Nearing the end, they will run the B Street pier and pass Battery Point Lighthouse on the way to the finish line.
WHEN: Saturday, September 21, 2019. Race Day registration and packet pick up opens at 8:00 a.m. Kids Fun Run will begin at 9:00 a.m. Adult race begins at 9:30 a.m.
WHERE: The race begins and ends at the Northcoast Marine Mammal Center. 424 Howe Dr. Crescent City, CA, at the west end of Beachfront Park.
DISTANCE: Adult 5k/10k fun run and walk. Free kids run will be a short run along Howe Dr.
DIVISIONS: Age 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, & 60+.
ENTRY: Register online at www.NorthcoastMMC.org or pick up an entry form locally at Del Norte Office Supply.
SHIRT: Each entry includes one free T-shirt. Additional shirts may be for $15 during advance registration or on race day, while supply lasts.
WEATHER: Daylight guaranteed! May be foggy, sunny, sort of sunny, or even drizzly.
Annual average race day temperature: high 64 and low 46. Run goes on rain or shine!
