Oiled Wildlife Care Network Training

On Monday, 17 March, five members of the NMMC (Lynda Stockton, Cynthia Fierro, Janet Dickey, Stevin Strickland, and  Kristen Orth) attended an OWCN (Oiled Wildlife Care Network) training exercise at Humboldt State University. NMMC volunteers worked with and learned from counterparts in many organizations including the Fish and Wildlife Service, , University of California at Davis, Humboldt State University, The  Marine Mammal Center, and the California Office of Spill Prevention and Response.
